Under Corporate law, the firm deals with the following:

2. Intellectual Property
Under Intellectual Property the firm deals with the following:
- Registrations, assignments and renewal of trademarks and Registered User Agreements for local and overseas clients
- Registration of patents under the Industrial property act, the Patent Corporation Treaty (PCT) and the African regional Industry Property Organization (ARIPO) protocol
- Registration of industrial designs, payment of annual maintenance fees
- Protection of Intellectual property rights
